Service Centre
TasCaffe have a dedicated Service Centre next door to our roastery in Derwent Park. We have 3 technicians on staff to service the needs of our customers both in-house and on the road – wherever a customer may be experiencing issues.
We are able to offer regular servicing and maintenance of all types of machinery, stocking a wide range of parts to suit most coffee machines.
TasCaffe offer a 7-day-a-week emergency breakdown service to our customers. This ensures peace of mind. You know that if your coffee machine goes down at 8am on a Sunday, we will be there in a flash to get it up and running with minimal delay. In the event of complete failure of a coffee machine, such as a major malfunction event, TasCaffe have a range of equipment ready to dispatch.
For our remote customers, we have regular dedicated service and delivery schedules. We have routine contact via video call with our remote customers to make adjustments as necessary to grinders and/or to trouble shoot any problems they might be having. In our most remote locations we may even provide a “parts kit” fully stocked with the essentials to manage emergency repairs via video call with your local electrician or plumber. This can prevent any lengthy delays for our customers with getting a technician on site.
